We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our policies.

Payments are processed by secure third-party PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full payment card information.

4. Free Trials

We may offer free trials or promotional periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee automatically.

5. Wearable Devices and Third-Party Integrations

The Services allow integration with third-party devices and platforms, including Apple Health, Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung Health, Polar, Suunto, COROS, and others. Data received from these integrations is subject to the permissions you grant and the privacy policies of those third parties.

6. Health and Fitness Information

The Services collect and process fitness activity data, heart rate, training load, recovery metrics, sleep data, and other wellness information to deliver personalized insights and tracking features. This information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content, workouts, data, or materials you upload or create through the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant GetInZone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
